Your Right to Data Deletion
At BitLogic, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information that we collect and maintain.
What Data Can Be Deleted
You can request deletion of the following types of data:
- Account information and profile data
- Saved strategies, live monitors, alert settings and alert history
- Your Telegram connection (chat ID), if you connected Telegram
- Email address and contact information
- Usage data and analytics associated with your account
- Support tickets and communication history
- Any other personal information you have provided to us
Data We Cannot Delete
Certain data may be retained for legitimate business purposes or legal requirements:
- Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot be linked to you
- Data required for fraud prevention or security purposes
- Information required to comply with legal obligations
- Data that has been shared with third parties and is outside our control
How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your personal data, please follow these steps:
Option 1: Delete Your Account in the App (fastest)
If you are signed in, open BitLogic and go to Settings > Delete Account. It is available in the latest version of the app. It permanently deletes your account and the data stored on our servers for it, including your saved strategies, live monitors, alert settings and alert history.
Important: deleting your account does not cancel a BitLogic Pro subscription. Cancel it first in your App Store, Google Play or Microsoft Store account. The stores keep their own purchase records.
Guests have no account on our servers. To remove a guest's data from a device, uninstall the app.
Option 2: Email Request
Send an email to Support@bitlogic.info from your registered email ID with the following information:
- Your full name
- Email address associated with your BitLogic account
- Specific data you want deleted (or "all personal data" for complete deletion)
- Confirmation that you are the account owner
Verification Process
To protect your privacy and prevent unauthorized data deletion, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request. This may include:
- Confirming your email address
- Requesting additional identification if needed
- Verifying you are the account owner
Processing Time
We will process your data deletion request within 30 days of receipt and verification. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted or if we need additional information.
What Happens After Deletion
Once your data is deleted:
- Your account will be permanently deactivated
- You will lose access to all BitLogic services
- Your personal data will be removed from our active systems
- Some data may remain in backup systems for a limited time
Data Retention Exceptions
We may retain certain information after your deletion request:
- For legal compliance and regulatory requirements
- To resolve disputes or enforce our agreements
- For fraud detection and prevention
- To maintain security and integrity of our systems
Third-Party Data
If you have linked third-party services or shared data with external platforms, you will need to contact those services directly to request data deletion from their systems.
Right to Withdraw Consent
You can withdraw your consent for data processing at any time. However, this may affect your ability to use certain features of our app.
