BitLogic Support
BitLogic is a no-code crypto screener and alert app for iPhone, iPad, Android and Windows. This page tells you how to reach us and how to fix the most common problems.
Contact us
Email: support@bitlogic.info
We read messages on weekdays and aim to answer within two business days. To help us help you, please include your device (for example "iPhone 15, iOS 26"), the BitLogic version (open the menu with the three-line button at the top left; the version is at the bottom, and also at the bottom of Settings) and, if you can, a screenshot.
Alerts or notifications do not arrive
- On iPhone or iPad open Settings > Notifications > BitLogic and turn on Allow Notifications, Lock Screen and Banners. On Android open Settings > Apps > BitLogic > Notifications.
- Check that no Focus mode (Do Not Disturb) is active.
- In BitLogic open Settings > Notification check (iPhone, iPad and Android, in the latest version) and tap Check again. Every line should be green. If one is red, email us a screenshot of that screen.
- Make sure you are signed in: live monitoring and market alerts are delivered to your account.
Subscription (BitLogic Pro)
- Restore a purchase: BitLogic > Settings > Restore Purchases.
- Manage or cancel on iPhone or iPad: Settings > your name > Subscriptions > BitLogic Pro. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Apple handles billing and refunds: support.apple.com/118223.
- Android: Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Windows: Microsoft Store > your account > Services & subscriptions.
Delete your account and data
Open BitLogic > Settings > Delete Account. It removes your account and the data we store for it (profile, monitors, alert history). Deleting the account does not cancel a store subscription, so cancel that first. You can also read our data deletion page or email us from the address you signed up with.
A scan returns no data
Some exchanges block connections from certain countries or regions (for example Binance and Bybit from the United States). Choose another exchange such as Coinbase or Kraken in the Exchange box.
Good to know
- BitLogic never asks for exchange API keys, never holds funds and does not place trades.
- BitLogic is an information tool, not financial advice. Read the Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
