Privacy Policy
Last Updated: August 30, 2026
Introduction
BitLogic ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to BitLogic and to every mobile app, desktop app, game, and website that we currently publish or may publish in the future (collectively, the "Services"). It explains what information we collect across the Services, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have.
By using any of our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy. If a specific app or game has its own in-app privacy notice, that notice supplements (and does not replace) this Policy.
Information We Collect
Information You Provide
We may collect the following information when you voluntarily provide it:
- Email address and name (e.g., when you contact support or create an account)
- Content you submit, such as support requests, feedback, or in-app messages
- Account credentials, where a Service offers account creation
Information Collected Automatically
Like most software, our Services automatically collect certain technical and usage information, which may include:
- App and feature usage, session length, and in-app/in-game activity
- Device information (device model, operating system, language, unique device and advertising identifiers)
- IP address and general (non-precise) location information
- Crash reports, diagnostics, and performance data
Purchase Information
If a Service offers in-app purchases or subscriptions, the purchase itself is processed by the relevant app store (Google Play, the Apple App Store, or the Microsoft Store). We may receive limited transaction information (such as the product purchased and purchase status) to unlock the content you paid for and to provide support, but we do not collect or store your card number or other full payment credentials — those are handled entirely by the app store or payment processor.
App-Specific Data
Some Services may collect additional data specific to their function. For example, BitLogic's crypto screener may access public cryptocurrency market data, but it does not collect or store your personal wallet information, private keys, or exchange account credentials. Where a future app or game collects additional categories of data, we will disclose that in the app itself or in an app-specific privacy notice.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Services
- Process in-app purchases and deliver the content or features you paid for
- Show and measure advertising, including personalized ads where permitted (see "Advertising" below)
- Respond to support requests and communicate with you
- Analyze usage to fix bugs, improve features, and understand what's working
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues
- Comply with legal obligations
Third-Party Services We Use
We do not sell your personal information. To build and run our Services, we work with third-party companies that process certain data on our behalf or in connection with their own services. These typically fall into a few categories:
- Analytics & crash reporting: providers that help us understand app usage and diagnose crashes (for example, Google Analytics/Firebase-type services).
- Advertising networks: providers that serve ads inside free apps and may use device/advertising identifiers to show relevant ads and measure their performance (for example, Google AdMob-type networks).
- Payment & in-app purchase processors: the app stores and billing systems (Google Play Billing, Apple's In-App Purchase system, Microsoft Store) that process purchases and subscriptions.
- Cloud hosting & infrastructure: providers that host our websites, backends, and data.
These third parties only receive the information necessary for them to perform their function, and they are bound by their own privacy policies and (where applicable) data processing agreements with us. The exact set of third-party providers can vary by app; where required, the app's store listing (e.g., Google Play's Data Safety section) will list the specific providers and data types for that app.
Advertising
Some of our apps and games are supported by advertising. Our advertising partners may collect and use information such as your advertising ID, device information, and general location to serve ads and measure how they perform, including personalized/interest-based ads where permitted by law and your settings.
You can generally control ad personalization through your device settings — for example, "Opt out of Ads Personalization" (Android) or "Limit Ad Tracking" / the App Tracking Transparency prompt (iOS). Where a Service offers an ad-free purchase or subscription, purchasing it will remove third-party ads from that Service.
Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We only share information as described in this Policy, which is limited to:
- The third-party service providers described above (analytics, advertising, payments, hosting), solely to help us operate and improve the Services
- When required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect our rights, users, or the public
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy continuing to apply to your information
- With your explicit consent
Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
We retain information only as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information (see our Data Deletion page)
- Restrict or object to certain processing
- Request a portable copy of your data
- Withdraw consent, where processing is based on consent (e.g., ad personalization)
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
Children's Privacy
Our Services are generally not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your jurisdiction). If a particular app or game is intended for a general or younger audience, that app's store listing and any in-app notice will describe the additional protections in place for that app, consistent with applicable laws such as COPPA. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
International Data Transfers
Because we use service providers located in different countries, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, which may have different data protection laws. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
App-Specific Privacy Notices
This Privacy Policy is written to cover BitLogic and all current and future apps and games we publish. Where a specific app requires disclosures that don't apply to the rest of our portfolio (for example, game-specific data or a different age rating), that information will be presented within the app itself or on its store listing, and will supplement rather than override the general commitments made here (including that we do not sell your personal information).
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as we launch new apps or services or as laws change. We will post the updated Policy here and update the "Last Updated" date above; material changes may also be announced in-app.
