Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to BitLogic and to every mobile app, desktop app, game, and website that we currently publish or may publish in the future (collectively, the "Services"). By downloading, installing, or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Where an individual app or game includes additional, app-specific terms (for example, in-game rules or a different age rating), those terms supplement these Terms; in the event of a direct conflict, the app-specific terms control for that app only.

Description of Service

We build and publish software, which may include tools, market-data screeners, utilities, and games. Our current flagship product, BitLogic, is a cryptocurrency trading strategy builder and market screener that provides:

• Tools for creating and testing trading strategies
• Cryptocurrency market screening capabilities
• Real-time market data and analytics

Future Services may offer different functionality (including games and other applications). Where relevant, this document uses "App" to refer to whichever Service you are using.

Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age required by applicable law and by the relevant App's store listing to use that App. Apps that involve financial or trading-related features, such as BitLogic, require you to be at least 18 years of age. By using an App, you represent that you meet its applicable age requirement.

User Responsibilities

Account Security

Where an App offers accounts, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use any Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use any Service to violate applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt any Service or its servers
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of a Service without our written permission
• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party software to gain an unfair advantage in any game we publish

In-App Purchases & Virtual Items

Some Services offer optional in-app purchases, subscriptions, or virtual items (such as an ad-free upgrade, premium features, or in-game currency). All such purchases are billed and processed by the applicable platform — Google Play, the Apple App Store, or the Microsoft Store — and are subject to that platform's own payment terms, refund policies, and purchase history. We do not process or store your card details ourselves.

Unless required otherwise by law or by the platform's policies, virtual items and in-game currency have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for real money, are non-transferable, and are forfeited if the relevant Service is discontinued or your access is terminated for violating these Terms.

Advertising

Some Services are provided free of charge and supported by third-party advertising. By using a free, ad-supported Service, you agree to the display of such ads. Where offered, purchasing an ad-free upgrade will remove third-party ads from that Service. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising identifiers are used.

Third-Party Services

Our Services rely on third-party providers for functions such as analytics, crash reporting, advertising, cloud hosting, and payment processing. These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their acts, omissions, or availability.

Cryptocurrency & Trading-Related Disclaimer

This section applies specifically to BitLogic and to any other Service we publish that provides market data, trading tools, or similar financial-adjacent features.

High Risk Warning

Trading cryptocurrencies involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You should carefully consider your financial situation and risk tolerance before trading.

No Investment Advice

We do not provide investment advice, financial recommendations, or trading signals through BitLogic or any other Service. These Services are designed for educational and analytical purposes only.

No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee that any trading strategy will be profitable or that you will achieve any specific returns. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

Intellectual Property

Each Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BitLogic and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Services, to understand our practices.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BitLogic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of any Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, virtual items, or other intangible losses.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold BitLogic harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of a Service or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to any Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

App-Specific Terms

Individual apps or games we publish may present additional terms within the app itself (for example, event rules, community guidelines, or age-rating notices specific to that title). Those app-specific terms apply in addition to this document for that app only, and do not alter these Terms for our other Services.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BitLogic operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, including to reflect new Services we publish. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or by posting a notice in the relevant app prior to the change taking effect.

Severability
